Hedgerow Removal Notice

If you plan to remove part or all of a protected hedgerow you must notify the Local Planning Authority using a Hedgerow Removal Notice. There are some exemptions where work is permitted, however, it is recommended you consult your Local Authority for advice before undergoing work.
