Registered building control approvers can only receive applications for building regulations approval submitted on the Planning Portal if they are listed in the Building Control Approver Directory; the listing enables customers to find and choose your business.

The new-look Building Control Portal is simple to use and a familiar experience to those used to our Planning Portal. The directory listings can be selected at the 'create an application' stage so our users can select your service at a crucial point in the application process.
