How do I make a payment for my building control application?

When you have completed all the questions and added any necessary supporting documents, choose ‘Pay and submit’ from the application overview screen.

You will see a summary of your application on the right-hand side of the declaration screen, complete the declaration and choose ‘Pay and submit’.

Payment can be made by card up to £1,000, or by bank transfer. You can nominate another person to pay for the application or pay for the application yourself.

If choosing to nominate, you will need to follow the steps to generate a payment link to send to your nominee, that person can then use the link to follow the instructions to make payment by choosing from the payment options provided.

If you choose to make a payment yourself, you will be presented with the payment options available. After selecting an option, follow the prompts on the screen. You cannot pay for a building control application by cheque or over the phone.
