How do I submit my building control application to a registered building control approver (RBCA)?

You can submit your application for building regulations approval to registered building control approver that accepts applications from us. You can find a list of participating building control bodies below, if you can't see the building control body you wish to submit to on the list, check again regularly as the list is updating frequently.

The default building control body is the nearest authority to you which is generated from the site address you provide; the building control body can be changed after the address particulars have been added, by choosing ‘Apply to a registered building control approver.
