You can use our Building Control Portal to apply to local authorities and registered building control approvers that have signed up to use the service.
You now only need one Planning Portal account to submit planning and building control applications.
If you have submitted building control applications via our service in the past, your log in details for the old building control website won't work on the new portal, so you will need to register for a Planning Portal account if you don't already have one. Use the buttons on the right to take your next steps.
