Why are my Applicant/Agent details showing as incomplete?

To ensure consistency between the Planning Portal and Local Planning Authority systems, the telephone number fields for Applicant and Agent details will now ONLY accept numbers. This means that you will no longer be able to use the '+' symbol in the Country (international) dialling code field. If the '+' symbol is used, the system will not recognise it and the question will be ‘incomplete’.

Please note that the Country dialling code is not a mandatory field. If you need to use it please use a zero '0' instead of the plus '+' symbol (i.e. '044' instead of '+44').
