I've forgotten my password

If you have forgotten your password you can reset it by following the forgotten password process. 

Simply click on the 'sign in' link at the top left of the screen, select the 'Forgotten password?' link and enter the email address that you used to register your Planning Portal account.

Your password will be automatically reset and sent to you by email. The reset password will be a series of letters and numbers that are case sensitive, therefore we strongly recommended that when you first log in, you cut and paste your password into the password field to prevent any errors.
