If a planning application is needed the Portal’s online application service helps applicants choose the correct standard application form and attach the appropriate plans, drawings and other supporting documentation.

However, depending on the location and type of development involved the LPA may require additional information, collectively termed local Planning Application Requirements (PARs).

Even though the online application service links to these PARs they can change so applicants are recommended to discuss their application with the LPA to determine what additional information is needed.
