SI 2010 567 - The Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) (Amendment) (England) Order 2010

Description

This order amended the provisions of the Town and Country Planning (General Development Procedure) Order 1995 (S.I. 1995/419) as to design and access statements, and the publicity of planning applications; to amend the time limits for lodging certain planning appeals; and to include on the planning register applications for non-material changes to permissions.
