Description
Amends to reduce requirements to notify Historic England of applications for planning permission to those for which its resources and technical expertise will add most value. They also reduce the requirement to refer certain applications by local planning authorities for listed building consent to the Secretary of State for determination to those for which this safeguard is most necessary.
