This Order substitutes Class A of Part 16 of Schedule 2 to the Town and Country Planning (General Permitted Development) (England) Order 2015 (‘Class A’) to incorporate minor and drafting amendments, and the following changes of substance: Emergency development, Installation of masts, Alteration or replacement of existing masts, Building-based apparatus, Prior approval, Transitional Provisions
