My account has become locked
If you have been locked out of your account you will need to use the “forgotten password” link on the sign in screen.
You will then be sent an email with a link to reset your account, you will need to click this link and the password reset screen will open in your browser, you will then need to confirm your email address and click the "reset" button.
Once you have confirmed your email address you will be sent an email containing a temporary password that you can use to access the portal.
You can then use your email address and the temporary password to sign in to the Portal in the usual way.
As these passwords are quite complex we recommend copying and pasting the password in to the password field when you sign in.
Once signed in you will be asked to create a new password.
To do this enter the temporary password in the "current password" field, then you will need to create a new password (that meets the complexity rules, the red cross will turn green when you meet the criteria) in the "new password" field and then type this new password again in the "confirm password" field and click the submit button.
Your password will then be updated and you can use this new password next time you sign in.
