Service desk

The Planning Portal service desk can help with:

  • Change of email address for your Planning Portal account
  • Problems accessing your account
  • How to complete the online application form

Available Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm (excluding bank holidays).

Please note that our team can only assist with website-related issues. We are not involved in the planning process and cannot help with validation, assessments, or decisions. For these matters, please contact your local planning authority (LPA) directly. You can find their details by using our search tool2.
