The Planning Portal has been transforming planning and building since 2002 and our mission is to continue developing new services which add value for our customers.

Around 90 per cent of all planning applications are now submitted online via the service and more than a staggering three million applications have been made through the Planning Portal – which includes everything from major schemes to individual home improvements. 

Each year approximately 600,000 development professional and homeowner users rely on our authoritative content, products and services to help them navigate their way through the development process.
