Meet the team
The Operations Team manages the development and delivery of the infrastructure and content required to maintain the Planning Portal's online services and ensure that the quality and accuracy of the service is maintained. The team is broken down into business analysis, new product delivery and service management.
Phil is the Head of Operations and is accountable for leading the operational delivery functions for the business and providing guidance and leadership on all technical matters.
Phil joined the Portal in 2009 with a strong background in Service Support and Delivery Management and experience working in commercial organisations, charity in the education sector and the public sector. Phil also has a strong software development and implementation background.
