Meet the team
Our experienced, in-house Service Desk team provide first and second line support for customer queries relating to the website. The team undertake analysis, diagnosis and resolution of issues, they also work with third party suppliers to ensure services remain within agreed SLA levels.
The Service Desk is headed up by the Operations Team's Service Manager, Scott Procter, who is responsible for the management and support of all aspects of the organisational functions and services needed to provide service delivery, maintenance and support of the Planning Portal.
