Energy Performance Certificates

What does an Energy Performance Certificate contain?

Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) should contain a minimum of:

  • Building asset rating against a benchmark
  • Recommendation report
  • Reference number and date of issuance
  • Building address
  • Building’s total useful floor area

Government provide detailed information regarding EPCs for domestic buildings and non-domestic buildings.
