Energy Performance Certificates
What does an Energy Performance Certificate contain?
Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) should contain a minimum of:
- Building asset rating against a benchmark
- Recommendation report
- Reference number and date of issuance
- Building address
- Building’s total useful floor area
Government provide detailed information regarding EPCs for domestic buildings and non-domestic buildings.
