Submitted applications

You can print and download full copies of submitted applications via your Planning Portal account. To download a copy of a submitted application, simply log in to your account, then click on the ‘Applications’ button at the top of the website.

Once here, you can use the filters to locate the application you wish to download.

Tick the ‘Submitted’ or ‘Transferred’ options, and you will be shown a list of your submitted and transferred applications. Open the application by clicking on the name (blue link) then click the ‘Application Actions’ button at the top of the overview for the option to download.


Draft applications

You can also download and print draft application forms from your account for offline review. The forms hold all the information relevant to your application; however, there are some key changes to the draft forms which render them invalid for submission to local authorities.

These changes include:

  • A full page ‘DRAFT’ watermark
  • Removal of the local authority’s logo
  • Removal of the declaration box
  • Removal of the agent’s details.

To export or print a draft application, log into your account, then click on the ‘Applications’ button at the top of the website.

Filter by ‘draft’ if needed and open the application by clicking on the name (blue link). Then click the ‘Application Actions’ button at the top of the application overview for the option to download.
