The Planning Portal provides a subset of Wales-specific information (compared to the main Planning Portal website) in English language.
The Welsh Government provides planning guidance to support their application service, Planning Applications Wales. This advice is specific to the planning and building rules in Wales and available in both English and Welsh. View further details of the Welsh language commitment on the Welsh Government website.1
To submit an application to a local planning authority in Wales, click 'Log in' in at the top right of this screen to apply via Planning Applications Wales.
