The building control body cannot provide a fee, what do I do?
This could happen for various reasons such as there isn’t sufficient information for the building control body to provide a fee or if the request has come from outside of their operating area.
In the scenario of a building control body being unable to provide a fee, when they have declared this, you will receive an email acknowledgment with further information.
